1. Shipping Zones We ship within Bulgaria and internationally — to over 237 countries worldwide. Available shipping options and their corresponding fees will be displayed at checkout.

2. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• For products with a longer delivery time from the manufacturer (e.g., custom ASIC miners), the timeframe is explicitly stated on the product page.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Times

• Bulgaria and EU: approximately 10 business days, maximum 30 business days
• International: approximately 10 business days, maximum 30 business days

Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on customs procedures and the courier company.

4. Shipping Services We work with reliable courier partners who provide shipment tracking. The tracking number will be sent via email after your order has been dispatched.

5. Inspection Upon Receipt Upon receiving your package, inspect it carefully for any damage or discrepancies before accepting it. If damage occurred during transit, please contact us within 24 hours with a description and photos.

6. Failed Delivery In case of failed delivery due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, any additional costs for redelivery will be borne by the customer.

7. Customs and Import Duties For international orders outside the EU, customs fees and import duties may be imposed by the respective country. These costs are entirely the responsibility of the recipient.

8. Force Majeure We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control — strikes, natural disasters, customs seizures, or pandemics.
