These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Mayneri EOOD ("the Seller") and the users ("the Buyer") when using the website maineri.store. By using our services, you accept these terms in their entirety.

1. Use of Services

• You agree to use the services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable legislation.
• You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account and all actions performed under it.
• It is prohibited to use the services for fraudulent, illegal, or third-party harmful activities.

2. Orders and Contract

• An order is considered accepted upon sending an email confirmation from us.
• We reserve the right to refuse an order due to out-of-stock items, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
• Prices are in EUR and include VAT, unless otherwise explicitly stated.

3. Delivery

• Deliveries are made according to the specified deadlines on the product page.
• The risk of accidental loss or damage passes to the Buyer upon handover of the product to the courier.

4. Right of Withdrawal In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers have the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the product. Details in our Return Policy.

5. Intellectual Property All rights to the website content—texts, images, logos, and design—belong to Mayneri EOOD. Reproduction or use without express written consent is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

• We strive for accuracy of information but do not guarantee its completeness and timeliness.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the services.
• We are not liable for damages caused by improper use, installation, or configuration of the products.
